Bear's Barkery
A one-person bakery, in voice from the hello to the checkout.
- One-person shop
- Dated deliveries
- Owned outright

The brief
A small-batch dog bakery, growing on Instagram, run by one person between bakes. A shop she could manage from her phone — orders, scheduling, customers, the lot.
No template store. The brand has a voice. The shop had to keep it.
Highlights
Dated deliveries
Every order ships on a date. Custom cakes can't go overnight — the cart knows.
Custom cakes
Size, flavour, message. Built into the product, not bolted on after.
Bear's Besties
Loyalty baked into checkout. Codes apply, members earn — no third-party plugin.
Customer accounts
Login by email link. Order history, addresses, repeat ordering kept private.
Storytelling pages
Adventures, Ambassadors, Top Dogs. The brand has a world. The site lets her tell it.
Admin from a phone
One dashboard for orders, products, customers and rewards. Run from a kitchen.
Outcome
A shop that reads like the person behind it, runs on her schedule, and pays out clean. No platform cut, no per-order fees, no plugin marketplace to maintain.
