The need
A one-person bakery, growing on Instagram, run between bakes. She needed a shop she could manage from her phone — orders, scheduling, customers, the lot. No template store. The brand has a voice; the site had to keep it.
What I built
Custom cake builder wired straight into checkout, not bolted on. Dated deliveries — the cart knows fresh baking can't go overnight. Loyalty baked in. Passwordless accounts. One admin dashboard, run from a kitchen. No platform cut, no per-order fees.
