Train Departures
Every train in mainland Britain, live in your pocket.
- Every mainland station
- Live map
- No account needed

The idea
The railway already broadcasts everything — departures, delays, platform changes, cancellations, across the whole network. Getting at it shouldn't take three apps and a refresh habit.
Train Departures is Turret's own product: the live railway, the way you'd want it at the end of a platform.
Highlights
Live departure boards
Every calling point, platform, delay and cancellation, the moment it changes. Up to four favourite stations, swiped like a stack of boards.
A live map of every train
The whole mainland network, moving in real time. Follow one service, or pull back and watch the rush hour.
Watches & alerts
Long-press a train to watch it. Delays, platform changes and cancellations arrive on the Lock Screen.
Share a journey
Send any live train as a link. It opens in a browser and follows the journey in real time. No app needed.
Journey planner
From, to, when. Every service that gets you there, with changes and connection times made plain.
Weather-matched scenes
Each train's card sits on artwork matching the live weather and time of day where that train actually is.
Outcome
Turret's own build, run as a live service. The iPhone app is on its way to the App Store; the site — and every journey shared from the app — is live in the browser today.
